Present verbs: the first letter
يَ · تَ · أَ · نَ — the start shows who.
The first letter of a muḍāriʿ (present/future) verb tells you who is doing the action.
يَ = he · تَ = you / she · أَ = I · نَ = we
An ending ـُونَ makes it plural: يَعْلَمُونَ (they know), تَعْلَمُونَ (you all know).
