The most common small words (particles)
A few words, thousands of times in the Qur'an.
These few small words occur thousands of times in the Qur'an. Knowing them makes the structure of an ayah easy to see.
Some particles are not written separately but attach to the start of a word: وَ (and), بِ (with/by), لِ (for), فَ (so/then).
